All purchases are non-refundable.
We only accept exchanges or returns for store credit.

Our policy is valid for 7 days. Therefore, if you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service immediately. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges. **Special offer items are final and non-returnable.**
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in its original packaging and free of makeup residue, stains, odors, or any other damage.
To complete your exchange, we require your receipt or proof of purchase and a return authorization number, which you can obtain by contacting customer support at Support@datavisualization.club.
Please do not return your purchase without a return authorization number (RA#).
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to no fault of ours will be rejected and will not be exchanged or issued for store credit.
TAI'SHEREE prides itself on providing you with the latest trends; therefore, any item returned more than 7 days after delivery will be refused and returned to the customer.
Exchanges/Store Credits: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the return, we will mail the gift certificate to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a store credit to the gift giver and notify them of your return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive an item that was shipped in error, we will cover all shipping costs (standard 2-3 day priority shipping).
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you're shipping an item valued at over $50, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
